The jewelry offered by Loose Moissanite are is custom-made designs that are manufactured and designed by the company's Designer and are manufactured in the Surat "The Diamond City".  So, if you are interested in the pieces that are currently out of stock then you can contact us and we will provide you the information about that product and tell you at what time the product will be available.  If you have any kind of query you can freely contact us.

Information on the Site

Loose Moissanite makes sure that their sites look complete with the proper flawless pieces of jewelry and the perfect images, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as valid and comprehensive as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces of jewelry may appear larger or smaller than their genuine size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may differ slightly. On our site, we supply the measurements of each piece based on our manufacturing specifications.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. The item should consist of all the receipts and the product should not be damaged or else the refund would be not initiated.

If you choose to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; Loose Moissanite will refund that purchase within 15-30 Days from the original purchase date. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box.

 For your safety, do not show the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. All returns must be accompanied by the actual and authentic sales receipt.
